A Consistent Pattern Holds

Reels Dominate Facebook

Reels generated 249,546 of 250,200 views. The two leading supplied reels recorded 69.6K and 63.7K views, well ahead of the third at 4.8K.

Feed Discovery Drives Video

TikTok’s For You feed supplied 97.0% of traffic, while YouTube’s Shorts feed supplied 95.4%. Openings need to earn attention quickly.

Turn Views Into Continued Interest

Instagram reach and follows rose, but visits and interactions fell. YouTube recorded 97.2% of watch time from non-subscribers. Both offer opportunities to encourage a next step.

What We Need To Improve

1. Facebook Recovery

Views declined 51.5% and watch time declined 56%.

Focus: Review output and distribution, then build follow-ups around the strongest sales-performance topics.

2. Instagram Engagement

Reach rose 6.2%, but interactions fell 32.6% and visits fell 31.6%.

Focus: Pair each practical lesson with a relevant question or reason to visit the profile.

3. TikTok Follow-Through

Post views increased 28%, while profile views fell 23.5% and comments reached zero.

Focus: Test a specific next step after the answer, while keeping feed-first openings concise.

4. YouTube Retention and Subscription

62.9% swiped away, and 97.2% of watch time came from non-subscribers.

Focus: Test stronger openings and a brief subscription prompt after the lesson.

What We’re Changing

  • Extend the strongest sales, commission and leadership topics with new examples.
  • Track engagement and profile actions alongside view totals.
  • Give each platform one clear next step.
  • Keep platform periods and source-tab totals separate when reviewing performance.

Next Step Recommendations

  1. Review Facebook reel performance and watch time by week.
  2. Compare Instagram topics by shares, saves and profile visits.
  3. Test follow-ups to TikTok’s commission-system video.
  4. Compare YouTube average view duration and percentage viewed by Short.
  5. Track link clicks and subscription signals after each content series.
